Welcome to the best Cleaning Company
We are Boston Cleaning Collective. Our business emerged from grassroots meetings of immigrant women exploring ways to support one another and build a new kind of economy. Everyone at Boston Cleaning Collective is a member-owner. Our legal structure and practices are guided by international cooperative movement principles. We aspire to provide our sisters with a wide range of benefits in addition to living wages. Our business has grown quickly since launching in 2018, and we plan to create opportunities for more workers to become members.
PROUD TO BE A WORKER-CO-OP: Members are able to avoid exploitative dynamics that are common in the house cleaning industry by becoming partners who participate in business decisions, continually learn new skills, pay themselves fair wages, and share in any profit that may be generated.
BUILDING A BETTER WORLD: We are proud to be part of the international cooperative movement. (That’s what our .coop domain is all about!)
